Dominique Persi from the avantgarde metal band Stolen Babies. They were support for Lacuna Coil and Within Temptation on Revolver's Hottest Chicks In Metal Tour last Spring.
If you're not familiar with them, they're like Dresden Dolls meet Tim Burton meet Gogol Bordello. They put on an incredible set, and the girl is cute as a button with costume makeup and gothic lolita clothes.
