But really. It's been a while. I wish I had more time to invest in my drawings beyond idle doodling when I'm stressing out about something. I can hear all the pencils and pastels crying out in loneliness from my shelf. The covers of my sketch pads are accumulating dust. It's a sorry sight.

I have a request and I'm pretty sure you (yes, you) can help me fulfill it.
I haven't picked up a pastel or a paintbrush with the exception of when trying to teach children how to use them in weeks. My kid was playing with my camera and it has now been lost in the void that is the room. I've been busy and exhausted between work and the uphill battle with the drama of single motherhood, but what I think I really need some inspiration.
Hardcore inspiration. Like the kind that keeps you up until 2am just scratching ideas out.
Share some things that inspire you, maybe it'll help me flip that switch. And if it doesn't work, at least we tried, r
